"Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. The room was spotless and had everything I need. The hotel is quite and doesn't feel overcrowded. The hotel also has about 4 different places to eat including 24/7 bistro. The food is good and has plenty of healthy options to choose from. The hotel has a good size pool which was warm to swim in February, looks like it's heated. Very nice hotel."

But the moment we contacted the receptionist she apologized and checked for another room for us. Eventually they upgraded us to bigger and better room with an amazing view that changed our whole stay to become an unforgettable vacation. Very recommended and amazing service. "
