"We try to stay here whenever we visit the area. I personally love the home feel, as I don't need all the modern stuff. Staff is always helpful and kind. They have a lobby with games, popcorn, coffee, and even postcards!! Breakfast consists of small items, but not a problem for us. There are plenty of options off site if needed. I really prefer the rooms with a porch! Great way to relax in the evenings. "

"Parking in garage, tight spaces but glad to have covered parking, ambiance of entire place was welcoming, breakfast was "okay", staff was very nice. Nice location, enjoyed quality of dining at hotel affiliated restaurant as well."

"The Cork Factory is one of my two favorite hotels in Lancaster. It’s unique, away from the center of town but close enough to everything. I look forward to seeing the same front desk people, no matter what time I check in. There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel."

"Started out in room 234 and the tub was dirty and there was a used bar soap on the tub. They came promptly and cleaned it up though. Later, water was leaking under the sink when we turned the faucet on. They moved us to a new room 228. Everything was fine in the new room except the shower. Water was streaming out from the pull-knob that starts the shower. "

"Pillows were the absolute worst. So bad that I saw numerous people go out and buy their own, myself included. They were extremely lumpy and had an odor. Furniture in room was peeling and there were hair ties and bobby pins and trash on the floor when we got into our room, so it was not cleaned well prior to our stay. Location and ease of getting into the venue were fantastic and restaurant was good, but just very upsetting that every pillow was in bad condition. "
