"We loved this hotel. Its staff is as helpful, willing, and present as at a very high-end hotel and as friendly and personable as at a cozy b&b. "Borgo Scopeto is a beautiful resort with amazing amenities. The pool was fantastic, and the food at the restaurant on site is phenomenal. My only complaint is the exorbitant cost of everything at the property. We also had no hot water during our stay, and had hoped we would be offered some compensation, but were not. I would recommend this property with the expectation to spend more than it seems "
