"Front of house staff friendly and smell on entering the hotel is amazing. Didn't use Carter & Fitch this time after the last disappointment but had a drink and seemed frendlier. A smile costs nothing as they say.... "

"I had to booked to stay overnight. When I arrived. I checked in approx 2045. Went to room. Seemed to be dirty room, as edges of carpet not hoovered. mattress exposed appeared tired. Hallway on 2nd floor smelled of weed and urine. The door just next to mines had been kicked off the hinges. Was wide open with damage. I raised issue with Khizai, I checked out and didn't stay as didn't feel safe. As seems to be shady individuals dealing drugs at the premises. I have messaged for resolution but no response to my messages and Expedia have tried to contact hotel twice, but nothing so will leave negative review. I would find somewhere else to stay as only positive is that the KFC and Mcdonalds are local. I checked out and paid for late 7hr coach ride home to London rather than stay there for the night."

"Very nice lady on reception. Paid for breakfast which was not as ordered. We gave exact instruction as items to be very well cooked, this was not the case and did not have time to return it! The water in the shower was freezing. Plus the extractor very noisy. Parking was great and bus service very close. Enjoyed drinks in the bar, such a pity the other major things were not up to scrach. "
