"The fan started blowing cold air as the thermostat wasn’t working so couldn’t sleep at all due to cold and the fan sound as at 4 am called the help desk guy and he couldn’t do much so he gave me extra blanket but still washable to sleep comfortably entire night and when checked out told the receptionist she said she couldn’t do anything much as they might have forgotten to service or set the cooling heating system I am really frustrated and will never use Hilton hotels in future"
