"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, well-organized, and had a fresh, clean scent as soon as I walked in. The bedding was crisp and comfortable, and housekeeping clearly paid attention to detail throughout the space. "Poor! Where to start… Leisure facilities dirty, lack quality and need reinvestment. Restaurant poor quality, my double chicken burger and my son’s chicken burger were burnt and black, they took an order of drinks and forgotten to service, quality of food and quality of cooking was absolutely poor. Two people complained and asked for refunds whilst we were there it was that bad. Room lacked quality! One pillow each, beds uncomfortable and amenities poor Sleeping quality was terrible- noisy people running up and down halls and shouting, not best when trying to have a early night to get some rest Generally very poor and when approaching reception about issues never acknowledged "

"Limited parking on a main road, however, staff assisted me in finding a place which was secure. Room was clean and tidy with TV and drinks making facilities. All in all a good place to stay near the Peace Hall and Shay stadium. Also close to centre of town."
