"I love Heritage and its probably the only hotel I stay in when in transit or for work in Manila. Its in a central location. Rooms are in excellent condition, but at very reasonable rates. "

"The service was wonderful from the minute I arrived. Never opened a single door but my hotel room and the lobby bathroom. Always attentive to my needs while eating at the breakfast buffet or when I was at the bar. A simple glance around to look for staff I felt they saw me before I could find them. Never felt pressured to rush even when I arrived late for my breakfast. When I was having issues with my TV I had staff up there within minutes I mean like less than 5 and were helping me fix the issue. Provided plenty of filtered drinking water ( I drink a lot ) and when I asked for more they doubled the amount! Amazing experience. Will 100% come again!"

"Very nice hotel especially for the price. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Staff was friendly, nice and knowledgeable. Location was perfect for a short stay. Close to a really cool street with lots of selections and high energy like Vegas or New Orleans. Highly recommend "

"The staff were exceptionally professional and friendly! Big thanks to Sir Niño Orcie (not sure if I got the last name right) for being so helpful and kind! All the staff were great and they are such a big asset to the hotel! The room itself was nice and has everything that you need, but could still definitely be improved. The location was very accessible and close to many restaurants, malls, and the airport. I’d recommend this hotel and would definitely book again! Thank you, Hotel 101!"
