The "fridge" was just a chiller, not a true refrigerator. The TV had very limited movie options. For the best room type in the hotel, tjis was surprising amd disappointing. 2/5

The free breakfast buffet in the 3rd-floor Cafe offered a wide variety every day. However, sometimes the food was stale, or room temperature, or not tasty. Had to ask for food to be reheated several times. 2.5/5

"This hotel is classic but still maintains its pride as one of the best hotel in manila . One thing that truly makes our stay memorable is hospitality of the staff . From the security to the concierge and front desk , they are amazingly accommodating. Especial mention to Lloyd of front desk . Kudos to all of you . "

" We are so pleased with our stay In Holiday Inn Galleria. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds for our family of four. I just wish the pillows are firmer The housekeeping is great, the front desk stuff is very helpful and also the concierge are awesome. The buffet is also great. A variety of different dishes from breakfast to brunch. Zachary help us a lot and very accommodating. I think he deserves a raise/bonus. We also like the fact the it's connected to the mall. Very convenient. We are definitely going to come back and stay here next time we go back home again for vacation. I will highly recommend this Hotel to our friends and family that are going home for a visit. So bye for now until we go home again next time hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for being such a great place to stay and relax.
