We had such a wonderful stay! The staff were all so respectful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to respond to our requests and even replied to my email the night before our flight when I needed to schedule an airport shuttle last minute, I really appreciated how fast and helpful they were! The breakfast buffet was amazing, so delicious and with different selections every day, which made mornings something to look forward to. Big thanks to Miss Jannet, Mr. Jeff, and the Richmonde Café team for making our stay extra special. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, and it truly made a difference. Can’t wait to come back! 💛

Although Richmonde hotel has been operating for a while now, the place is well maintained and clean. The price of the accomodations is really value for money, considering also the great location (walking distance to the nearby malls). We had a great stay here with my family and will definitely book again.

everything was great! Service of overall staff was excellent. I stayed for about 2 weeks and i got the same service. Hotel is old but it was well kept so some structures can be a bit outdated but cleanliness is really all that matters to me and their cleanliness is five star. Spent a couple of nights there in a junior suite. In the 21st floor well out of the way of city traffic noise. Place was clean, tidy and comfortable. The bathroom could do with a refresh though and the TV a bit basic. Would stay again as it was reasonably priced, very close to major shopping and restaurants and the staff very nice and helpful.
