"We had a great stay at Rumi Rooms in Como, Italy! The hotel is located in the heart of the old-town of Como, and is a convenient walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Lake Como Ferry. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning! Our only complaint was that the bed was a bit too soft for us, but might not be for others. Don’t pass up the restaurant that is co-located at the property. We had a great meal there!"

"This a wonderful location! Really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper gentleman. We just our last morning no hot water to shower, sent a message which was read right away (WhatsApp) but not responded to until check out time. Check in was a little tricky but they were helpful to get us in. Maybe it was having no WiFi and the jet jag…one suggestion would be a sign at the bottom of the stairs saying to go up a “half floor” to the office for check in....

"The building is being renovated while guests are still being accepted. The cleaner forgot to clean our room before the second night and that meant they also forgot to give us the breakfast voucher which is needed. This is not a real hotel. Basically, it's simply a bar that had converted the top floor into different rooms. "

Location is convenient to train station and metro so was super easy to get around. Some nice neighborhood restaurants. Laundry room in lower level a big plus. Free water, espresso, tea, croissants and cookies were a nice touch. Only drawback is that area around hotel itself is not very busy with pedestrians at night so felt a little isolated at night.
