The hotel is a beautiful, historic building from the late 1800's. I had a spacious room with lots of natural light. It was well maintained and immaculately clean. They have a friendly staff and an excellent, included breakfast. I highly recommend staying here!!

This was a very pleasant place about 20 minutes walk to the city center but it had the advantage of being quiet at night, spacious, old world charm, nice breakfast, courteous helpful staff. So will definitely stay again.

It was exactly what we needed with friendly and helpful service and great location, walking distance to great eating spots, and 8 minutes on foot to city's historic centre. Overall, great experience.

We spend a couple of days in the loving city of Cuenca. The Hotel is located in the modern area, one block away from a great supermarket, and 15 minute walk from the old town. The rooms are comfortable and clean- the bathroom a little small though.Great relation price and quality!

I really like this comforting place, the rooms cleans the vintage style I love it is close to the restaurants you can walk is safety and you have parking and all personal are very friendly I highly recommend this place is including breakfast also if you are in Cuenca don’t. Doubt to reserve this hotel also is ten minutes from the Central Park or downtown is a very good Location

Very nice hostel/inn. The cathedral/ historic center is a 20 minute walk. Taxis are available down the block. Breakfast was good. Eggs prepared your styled. With delicious cuenca bread. Surprisingly it was vey quiet. Even the neighborhood. I will return to La Casona for anothrr trip.

Very nice room, clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast, everyday there was something different and very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to make an urgent international call to the USA as I had lost my phone; the person at the front desk used his own phone to help me. I was very grateful for this.
