"Old rooms. Pool full of birds, smell is awfull. Breakfast is only local, no international kitchen. Service by staff is inflexible and stiff. After 8pm the place is a ghost town. No bar, no dinner opportunities. They ignore DND signs. "

"The hotel behind Saifee Hospital. A side entrance a bit difficult to locate. No elevators..one has to climb 2sets of stairs/2x21=42 straight steps!!! Few rooms smelled high humidity.. the whole inside walls was tiled with what looks like rcream bricks and outline done with green marble. Positive: Great location near shops, train station, walkable to Central Mumbai area, good big bed deluxe big room, clean. Negative: They don't provide toilet paper ! noisy employees all night in the corridor...

"The Kumkum hotel was as expected for the price range. Overall it was good, easy to check in. We came in the middle of the night. They served food and this was also of good quality. The hotel rooms were small the bathroom was small, but newly upgraded and of good quality. We had problems getting warm water for shower. We could pay with Apple Pay For a place to sleep and rest in the middle of a journey I would use it again. "
