"Staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming. Great communication skills and always available to help or assist with any issues or problems. The rooms were fantastic in every way, the cleaning staff were excellent and always helpful and on hand to answer queries or offer advice. The hotel was exceptional in all areas and when I go back to Mumbai this is where I will stay. I highly recommend this hotel"
