However, what truly set the Trident apart was their incredible customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel not just welcome, but genuinely special. They anticipated needs, were always friendly, and handled every interaction with grace and efficiency. The most memorable gesture was on my last day: they surprised me with a delicious cake and personally came to bid me farewell. This heartfelt gesture was incredibly touching and truly exemplified their dedication to making guests feel valued. It's a small detail that made a huge impact and showed just how much they care. And let's talk about the breakfast! It was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. The spread was vast, offering an incredible variety of options to suit every palate. Our room was decorated with flowers and balloons and the bed also had throws and cushions saying Happy Birthday.
