"I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit...

"Perfect for our 3 day trip to mumbai from the uk, very spacious room with everything we needed, easy access to taxis via uber never waited longer than 4mins, close to airport and other great places to visit, local park around back which was nice to see the locals playing crickets etc. Pool was clean and easy to arrange access, felt secure and safe in the building, would definatly come back again"

"It is too expensive for what they are charging. Breakfast has very limited options. Apartments are old. Rooms are touched up and have good lighting. Though bathrooms need a lot of improvement. No proper drainage. Shower has good water pressure and the hot water works."
