Room was clean-ish, but boxes from previous renter's white claws were still in the corner of the room and other pieces of trash were found as well. Looked as though cleaning had happened quickly, but not thoroughly.

This property is a work in progress. Rooms need a deep cleaning including the bed backboards need wiped down after each customer. Sheets were white but had some strange gray staining.
Bathrooms totally redone but do need swept better.
Breakfast was a positive surprise!
It would have been nice to have known the place was under construction. It was loud and messy. Our room was right next to the construction zone. The room smelled terrible and was nothing like the photos.
I would advise all to put the do not disturb sign out. I ran my son to the dr at 8am. At 8:15 housekeeping knocked, we’re told no thank you, and walked in anyway. Hubby was still in bed.
Perfect hotel for a quick trip to Cullman for a wedding. Easy check in, clean rooms, quiet hotel. The beds could have been a little more comfy but otherwise it was a great, affordable stay.
The room had mold. Plus, there was some kind of weird smelling cleaning fluid used to try to hide it that was also overpowering. We had to leave in the middle of the night.
I was not notified that I had this reservation and did not even go. . every hotel reservation I've had in the past 20 years noified me about my upcoming stay... this one did not. hence, I didn't make the trip.. had made the reservation a long time ago and got nothing to put in my upcoming trips file. so I looked and didn't see anything so I booked somewhere else. so I'm stuck with paying for stay and didn't even know about it. you might notify people when they book with you.

The room and even the lobby smelled horrible. Nothing was clean. We won’t be back to another Best Western again. It was also extremely over priced.

Disappointing, needs an upgrade
We were expecting a bit more based on the price and the reputation of the company, but this BW was not up to standards. There were many spots where the wall was visibly patched. The couch was so run down it was nearly impossible to get out of. The bed was somewhat lumpy with a "valley".

We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. It was a little outdated. I did have to call because my daughter wore her socks and just walking across the floor they turned black. The check-in and out process was good and simple. They honored my telephone request for a downstairs room.

We got in last night to having no power and apparently it was a scheduled outage that nobody had told us about. Also breakfast this morning was rancid. The biscuits were so soggy they were in-edible. Sausage was burnt and eggs were practically water. Really disappointed because we now have to go out and pay for breakfast elsewhere.
