"Last minute stay it was fast and easy through Expedia, friendly staff. "

"We usually stay across at a different hotel assuming it was “better”. We were WRONG! The Sheraton has so much more to offer. The food was all delicious. The customer service was excellent. The entire hotel was clean and welcoming. It’s better for families as well as those on business. The bar area is lively during the evening and I enjoyed sitting in the lounge area drinking a coffee from their Starbucks Café. This hotel also offers the shuttle and has good parking for your car. This will be our yearly staycation when we visit Universal City. Also, I think they offer VIP tour purchases in the lobby. I didn’t ask because we’ve done the VIP tour before, but I think they offer it as well."

"For a MOTEL, this location is very clean. Especially given the trashy aesthetic surrounding the property. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Surprisingly quiet here! Staff seems to be very strict about rules, which has actually cleaned up a previously problematic place. "

"Easy check in and out. Didnt like the fact they require a deposit other hostels do not but it was very clean and convenient for the price. Would stay again and recommend "
