"We stay here every year for horror nights at Universal. Its always a wonderful stay. The staff is fantastic and go out of their way to be accommodating. They also offer a tram that takes you to universal it comes by every 15 mins and runs until 3 am. The rooms are clean and beautiful. Jerry at the front desk is the best!"
