"The bathtub was extremely dangerous. Very slippery. I had to put a towel on the bottom of the tub because when l put my foot in it it slipped. The edge of the baseboard behind bathroom door was dirty. The base of toilet was dirty. The paint on bathroom door was coming off, the same with the molding around bathroom door."

"Staff trying to get into room after a hour of arrival. Then tapping on the door in the morning to see if we had gone, but waking us up instead. Also talking in the corridor on her phone kept us awake . Also attitude was not good when spoke to. The other MAIN problem was asking for tips in the bar."

Miss Anna helped me out with everything anything I needed next thing just the Hotel itself treated me like a VIP they upgraded my room to a corner suite which the view was absolutely amazing. Breakfast was great food drinks everything I will definitely be coming back."

"Great location just a 5 min shuttle to the airport! Easy access to snacks and coffee in the lobby and a nice pool area and hot tub to relax in after a day out and about. Great customer service, everyone was kind and friendly!"

She stayed here for one night while in LA before flying to Hawaii and she also loved it so If you’re thinking about staying in this hotel think no longer and hurry up and book."

"Just a quick stopover for an overnight flight - the shuttle was easy and the hotel is close to the airport. The front desk staff was really friendly."
