"Good Hôtel in downtown Charlottetown "

"Very pleasant hotel and located in the heart of the downtown historic centre, you can walk to lots of restaurants."

"We were here for two days and even though we put the little sign out on our door knob and we asked at the front desk if they would make up the room, nobody did there was no evidence that anybody had come in. Breakfast was only just OK. Location is great and staff are efficient and courteous, but the AC was not efficient, and the whole hotel is currently under badly needed renovation the place is really old and definitely showing its age but at least they seem to recognize that and are in the process of trying to make it better but I guess needs to be aware of that. There’s a lot of construction going on. Fortunately not particularly noisy but just a little messy."

"Very good hotel, very clean, great location. The staff was very warm and welcoming. We stayed for four nights. Our special thanks and appreciation to the reception staff Rowena, Travis and Ananya. Also thanks to Yevette from housekeeping. You all made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Certainly recommend this hotel."
