"Amazing beachfront property. Pool has a shady umbrella so you can swim almost all day. Showers around the property to wash the sand off, after a long beach day. Car parking is an issue at only 1.95m in height , parking on the street was very busy ,so prepare to walk a little bit."

"The room was clean had a beautiful view was on a high floor close to the elevator on the beach walkable to restaurants, barbecue area, beautiful swimming pool and spa. The staff are wonderful. The parking was under the building, gated and safe. I highly recommend staying at the Princess Palms Excellent."

"This was our second stay at Golden Riveria. We love it here. Close to airport, on the beach and across the road from shops and surf club. If you dont have a car, you can access everything you need in walking distance. "

"Lovely clean room. Road outside is very busy. Amazing location. Didn’t realise we would be so close to the beach! The kids loved it. Beach was easy to access. Pubs, restaurants, shopping centre easy walking distance "

"Beach views were lovely. Good location. Could upgrade some equipment inside (toaster). Couch looked and felt dirty. One mirror in house (bathroom) is definitely not enough for a family. Couldn’t walk around with no shoes on as feet got really dirty from the industrial floors not being cleaned properly. Window dressings especially in bedrooms did not close properly.It was disappointing to hear every footstep of the persons above. People in room above finished running around at midnight. Then started running around at 4am. Not much sleep had by people in our apartment. Something definitely needs to be done with flooring above. "

"Staff were sooooooo friendly ,,, half way between palm springs central and burleigh - easy 20 min walk to either and great coffee shop one street away. oh and amazing sunrises as well "
