Palm Beach Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Super attentive staff! I locked myself out- don't touch the deadlock! The battery on the swiper was dead, so the room couldn't be locked. Before I knew that, I thought this must be a quirk of the property, and needs the deadlock turned upon exist, and the swipe card will unlock it. That is not the case! All staff jumped right in to help, didn’t waste time making me feel bad- even though I did! Absolutely cool and clean room- great pillows! Amenities fresh and clean, one road away from the beach at such a great price, LOTS of food options around. What more can one ask for? One point to note, you will hear the doors of your neighbours open and close. "
"This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to Burleigh heads and 10 min drive down south to snapper rocks, it’s so central. Definitely will be staying here again. "
"You’re right on the beach and there’s a bus that runs every 5 mins taking you to other parts of the Gold Coast. Cute rooms. Would definitely stay again. "
"Room was great we where in floor one and it was very quite o. That floor. Even though it was a low floor we still had a view of the ocean. The pool was great and my grandchildren loved the slide that went into the pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had such a good time I have rebooked for Xmas 2026"
