L’hotel était fermé nous avons attendu toute la journée dehors et n’avons jamais pu y dormir. Évidemment le numéro ne répond pas et pas la peine d’espérer avoir un retour en sonnant à la porte.

Comfort lacking but great location

This hotel has a great location and is beautiful to look at with friendly staff and a mediocre breakfast. Unfortunately the pillows are awful and the room was freezing cold leaving us stuck under the blankets with sweatshirts and pants when we were in the room. There was one outlet that didn't stay in the wall unless you shoved a night stand to hold it in place and it was extremely loud both noise within the hotel and parties/fireworks/bells down the street. We didn't bother with the shower because it was too cold outside of it to even try.

In Laufweite zur Innenstadt. Trotz früher Ankunft Zimmer schon verfügbar. Nachts wird es schon frisch ist wegen Höhe von Cusco. Personal war freundlich und Frühstück war inklusive.
