Great apartment for a family stay. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The staff was very helpful with everything. Rooms were very clean and well equipped.

The hotel is a little rundown. It’s a bit noisy. They included a continental breakfast, but the coffee was always cold and the juice inexplicably warm. I will however say that the staff were very friendly and helpful. All of them were very nice. It’s also in a good location. It’s about 15 minute walk in one direction to the historical center and about 15 minutes in the other direction to the big mall that has smartfit. No real complaints

The hotel is a very nice property, and is an amazing value for the money that you pay. It is very quiet, clean and the staff is wonderful! Definitely would recommend!

The property had a full kitchen and a small fridge. It also had a microwave and a small convinienve store accross the street. What we didn't like is that the internet was always down. As tourists we reliedbon wifi to get around. Not having it in the hotel meant we had to go to a restaurant tobise wifi. Additionally, though we stayed for over a week, they did not changebour bed sheets nor towels, claiming that it was their covid protocol. It was also uncomfortable having to call to ask for toilet paper, sincebthe rolls that they have, were all quite small. Overall the people were kind and the place was good but not having wifi, and the aformentioned made us wish we had gone to another place we had considered.

The electricity shut down after my second night the hotel said that if you use too much electricity then the power will just chip so I was without power for hours the rooms are very cold with only a portable heater when requested
