Nice staff, nice room, safe location within walking distance of historic area, away from principle tourist areas which are traditionally high crime, and more of a typical local community environment, which I also like. Had some facility issues which they fixed as soon as possible.
The apartment is huge and a spacious, the place very clean and from the windows you can see the City of Cusco. We went during summer, however it was very cold. You would need a heater in every room to warm the place. It is located several minutes walking, please note it is up heal on the way back. We had a car, however it is not easy to find parking, we ended up taking taxi. Breakfast is limited. The staff is great!
This is our first time visiting Peru to visit Machu Picchu and tour Sacred Valley in Cusco. Expedia offered the RHouse Cusco hotel as the choice for family of 5 with 3 kids. We did late check in on Friday night the hotel were very cordial in receiving us. I immediately felt Altitude sickness after checking in the hotel. Elian the front office staff immediately helped me with tablets, gave tips, oxygen air bottles and made us comfortable.
Everyday we enjoyed nice breakfast and they were cordial in treating us family. House keeping was nice and rooms were neat and clean every night after we come back from excursion.
We took 2 Bed room with Kitchen and everything was nice and functional. Highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Cusco and love to visit again with family.
Thanks

Great stay, apartment was really big and comfortable for 5 people. Well serviced and staff were so helpful throughout our stay. Great location in Cusco
We really enjoyed our time at rhe Davesa Hotel! The staff was amazing and helpful. We would definitely stay there again, and would recommended to orhers 😀
A great stay in a safe location. There needs to be someone at front desk at all times given the early morning activities. Multiple times of ringing the doorbell too much. The guy at the front desk is amazing but he is only one person and can only do so much.
The hotel is a very nice property, and is an amazing value for the money that you pay. It is very quiet, clean and the staff is wonderful! Definitely would recommend!
Good location, short walk to shops and restaurants, hotel was very clean. The breakfast with a view was so lovely.
Best of all was Percy who was so kind, helpful and wonderful!!
A very cozy place, very spacious, first class service, I was really surprised by the size, the cleanliness, everything was excellent, highly recommended.
Very good customer service. Place is very large and fit our group for 9 very well (4 adults, 5 children). Would recommend for a large group to stay together.
Rhouse was a nice place to stay for our large group. It’s centrally located and not super far from the square and markets. Uber rides are maybe 10 minutes to the main areas. That is important to know since it’s not easy to walk far with the elevation change.
The rooms were clean, but the kitchen wasn’t super useful minus the refrigerator. I’d also recommend stocking up on bottled water since they only have tap there and you very much need to have safe drinking water in Peru. The breakfast was nice, they brought it to our room daily. The bathrooms are nice and modern with large showers. TVs in every room and the WiFi worked well.
The staff was very helpful and attentive during the day, but they are not available overnight like at a hotel. There is also no heat or air, so bring sweatshirts.
They do provide oxygen if needed, but I’d recommend bringing your own tubes, since they aren’t sterile and are changed bi-weekly.
Overall we had a nice stay at this property!
I stayed in Cusco and had a great experience. The location was convenient, close to the main square, and within walking distance of several local spots worth checking out. The staff was respectful and helpful when I needed anything, and the space itself was clean and well-kept.
One thing to note is that Cusco’s altitude hits hard if you're not used to it. I appreciated that coca tea was available. It helped. Overall, it was a solid stay and a good base for exploring the Sacred Valley and preparing for Machu Picchu.
