The room was located at the side of the staircase, at the bottom of the staircase was a restaurant which made the area around the room noisy, hot and full of cooking smells. The room had no natural light/ ventilation which coupled with it dark wood roof made it all appear very dark. There was no drink making facilities, no fridge/water provided, no robes. To be honest it was more like hostel accommodation. Its was a shame because the location is excellent but the whole design of the Hotel is something that is very difficult to change.

Amazing staff and great accommodations.
I took my daughters and my niece to the San Pedro and I am so glad I did! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We were super close to the Plaza de Armas (trust me, it’s where you want to be) and it made it easy to run to and from our hotel. For those who like hot showers after a busy day, this hotel has great shower pressure and hot water. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Cusco. Now, because you are so close to the plaza de armas, depending on what is going on there, you may hear the activities (such a concerts), but we still loved it, We stayed there June 6-8 2023 and I will book again in the future. PS: if you have to go to Cusco and don’t want to take all your luggage, the front desk will hold it for you if you ask. They (again) we’re amazing and super helpful. ❤️

Pésima experiencia y servicio al cliente
La relación calidad-precio del hotel fue decepcionante. Para iniciar, pedimos al registrarnos hacer un “late check-in” porque nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos indicaron una tarifa, luego al dia siguiente, nos llamaron a las 10 am para pedirnos dejar el hotel, y nuevamente insistieron a las 6pm. A pesar de que se les repitió varias veces que asumiríamos el sobre costo de 35 dólares que nos indicaron. Adicionalmente, la calefacción del hotel no funciona y siempre se ajusta hacia la temperatura mínima, pasamos una noche terrible con muchísimo frío. Luego, el dispensador de papel higiénico estaba roto y el papel en el piso. Sobre la infraestructura, muchas escaleras sin un elevador para discapacitados y el tamaño del baño inferior a la de un hotel de mochileros. No lo recomiendo!!

This hotel is hard to find because the front door is not on the same street as the listed address. But it's a real place, and the location is actually great. Excellent bed, good heater. The shower kept alternately scalding/freezing us which was a bummer, but other than that everything was great.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, my "king" size bed was literally two twin beds put together. the width is fine but the length is still short of a king, not to mention the gap in the middle

Amazing Hotel
This hotel is amazing. Very clean, a great location (half block from Plaza de Armas). The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of hot water, and spacious rooms. Personnel is very kind and ready to help you

Close to everything nice except the room smelled of cigarette smoke and fresh paint due to window in the bathroom admitting these fumes from below. The same window introduces lots of noise. Fix the ventilation and it would be much better

Very much value for your money
This is such a nice hotel and I cant recommend it enough! It’s the perfect location and a very good price! The guys working here are the sweetest, always very helpful and nice. The rooms are very big and clean, and the bed is huge and super comfortable. The shower is probably the nicest shower I’ve ever had. We stayed here four night before a trek, and one night when we came back. The stored our luggage for us while we were away, and we got a bigger room the extra night for no additional cost! We even got a later check out because we arrived late the night before, and we didn’t need to pay any extra. I will definitely stay here when I come back to Cuzco!

Esta muy bien ubicado , es limpio y confortable Se olvidan de reponer Jabón y Shampoo y de hacer la llamada para despertarnos . La ducha es un poco rara pero después le encontráis la vuelta. Si salís a la noche lleva teléfono porque el sereno se duerme y no escucha el timbre

フロントの方にとても良くしていただいた。 フロントの方は優しくてとてもいいホテル また部屋も綺麗で使いやすかった シャワーも問題なく使えてありがたかった WiFiは天候に左右されるが天候がいい場合はとても良く繋がり早かった 朝ごはんも南米にしては種類が多くとても満足した また立地も中心地に近く治安も悪くなかったため過ごしやすかった マチュピチュツアーを申し込んでいたが早朝にも関わらずしっかり対応してくれて助かった 総合的にとても満足できるホテルだった

+Excelente Ubicación y Servicio de su Personal. +Amplias y bonitas habitaciones +Buen desayuno al gusto con fruta de temporada -No parece Hotel y les falta el Elevador -Definitivo NO es 3 estrellas, podría ser 2.5 Lastima que Expedia califique tan desigual según el pais, debía tener Criterio Mundial ¡¡¡ -No tienen caja de Seguridad, aunque reconozco que es muy buena la seguridad en general en Cuzco y tal vez piensen que no la necesitan.
