Nice hotel in general, lots of staff around and always very accommodating and helpful. Location is great, lots in the local area and easy to get to other parts of Hong Kong via the station. Rooms overall are nice and clean, only minus points on the room I could give is the bath plug was broken so wasn’t able to use bath and no provided teas, which is the first time I’ve not seen a hotel provide that. Used the gym a few times too, decent facilities it is enough to get a workout but the dumbbells top out quite low at 14kg.

Room was clean n staff helpful. However, I believe the hotel underwent a renovation and we find the the washroom end facing the beds is glass n see through which was drawn by a curtain, which unfortunately the curtain could not keep the washroom lights from brightening the room. As a result we had to turn our body and face the window. The remarks would be why not switch off the washroom lights. By doing so, it makes it worse as if one of the occupants switch on the washroom lights when he/she uses the washroom.

Staff was really friendly and polite. Early check-in was a breeze. Was upgraded to the executive room. Loved the massive bathroom/shower. Room was clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious. A ton of variety. Service was amazing. Super convenient location. Close to basically everything (MTR, bus, shops, supermarket, convenience stores) My 2nd time staying here. Definitely staying here again on future visits!
