"The experience at Alemana was great. They have also kept our bags when we went to machu picchu for 2 days and we found them back in our room. We also used the laundry service which was great! The apartment is located uphill of the plaza, so be prepared for a steep walk, and the apartment is located up a few flights of stairs. "It was agreat place in a great location after we had the rooms stratenged out. Tried to put us in a down graded room but when called on it we received the room we rented from expedia. Plan to file a complaint as this has happened at every place in Peru we reserved through expedia. "Stayed in a private room with a double bed and private shower. Hotel room was cold, even in the afternoon. Blankets were free to rent but they charged 20 soles for a space heater. "I was really disappointed about our room I did not get that room what I booked. It was not hot water all the time basically one time I had hot water for the shower. Room was dirty the duvet was full with dirty mark.
