We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, beds for each kid and being right on the Plaza de arms was awesome to get out and enjoy Cusco. Great location for a hotel.

We booked for 3 nights. Staffs was nice and helpful. We unlucky, got room No.300 on 3rd floor. Bad atmosphere, many hairs on bed and very where. Bathroom was small and dirty, slowly to drain in shower area. NO Signals for wifi connected. We got sick after one night. We decided to check out and find new Hotel in around there. They tried to change a new room for us but we got sick and feeling bad already, can't wait. Other rooms may be good but we were unlucky.

very clean and convient, the location is very safe. Lots of tourist police every where. They even have local tour operators and free walking tour operators at the front door. Along with ample restaurants and money changers within 1 min walk. Overall the property is beautiful, the breakfast has made to order eggs, sausage, french toast, reg toast, coffee, tea, fruits and ham and cheese etc.

love this place. clean, flexible, friendly and so conveniently located right on the main plaza. you can store luggage for free if you leave for few days ( we went trekking) and have reservation on your return. they also have coco leave tea all you can drink. the room is very small and no refrigerator or hair dryer but we did not need them. hot water for shower.

O hotel fica super bem localizado, os funcionários são extremamente educados e cuidadosos. O que não é muito bacana são os banheiros, extremamente pequenos e desconfortáveis. O café da manhã também é bem fraco, com poucas opções. No geral é um bom custo benefício.

Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar und innen auch nett eingerichtet. Die Zimmer haben nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof was es mit der Frischluft erschwert. Das Frühstück ist sehr minimalistisch und das Personal dort auch eher langsam. Insgesamt aber weiter zu empfehlen.

Localização excelente com economia

A localização do hotel é perfeita, bem na principal praça turística de Cusco. Há sempre chás disponíveis no lobby e o café da manhã é bastante bom. Há dois problemas principais: durante a estadia faltou água duas vezes e o banheiro é minúsculo. É preciso salientar esse aspecto. Houve ainda uma terceira questão. O hotel ofereceu transfer gratuito do aeroporto para o hotel e não honrou a oferta.
