Great location and views
Great location near to the main square, and our room had an incredible view over all of Cusco. The room was spacious and bed comfortable - perfect place to relax after a few days of trekking.

Location was excellent. A few minutes walk from the centre/Plaza de Armas. Freezing cold room and shower room so much so I couldn't bring myself to shower over the two days I was there! Paper thin walls, kept getting woken up by the sounds of the people upstairs

Ok place with some issues
Some rooms have great views and beds (but it's not clear what type to book to get them). Breakfast is basic. Some rooms have gaps in doors and windows so inside it's very cold but reception will give you another blanket if you ask. Showers are either scorching hot or freezing cold, regardless which tap you turn on. Location is OK just above plaza des armas, be ready to hike up.

The room I booked was unavaileable!!!
I booked a room with a double and a single bed, but they didn't have it, and they gave me a room with 3 single beds... considering I was travelling by couple, that's very annoying! Nevertheless, the receptionist was not nice at all. She didn't even say sorry: she said it's Exedia's fault, and only thing we can do is find another hotel (!!!). She even didn't pffefr a discount! Moreover, we paid for the breakfast, but at 9:30 it was already over (check out is at 10, and no breakfast time is written around). They only gave us some tea, and 2 bananas. No caffe, no bread, no sugar, nothing. Once again, the staff was very unpolite. Moreover, they do not accept Mastercards. The structure is ok, but overall the experience thgere was terrible. Definitely not suggested!

Not Impressed
I was not impressed with this hostel. First, the courtyard upon walking in is rather uninviting, all cement and not pleasant to the eye at all. In all three of the showers I tried, there was no hot water, which was just wonderful after our week-long trek to Machu Picchu. Finally, the pillows were lumpy. For the price we payed, I don't expect the place to be perfect, but they should be able to do better than that.

Good hostel, with pleasant courtyard and gardens
We enjoyed our stay at this hostel. The staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms are clean, the showers were hot and the beds very comfortable. It was cold at night but plenty of blankets provided. The hostel is 5-10 minutes walk uphill from plaza de armas. Lots of restaurants and a couple of shops nearby. The street was not noisy at night. The Wifi was intermittent. Sometimes good, but there was a problem during our stay (wifi maybe needed to be reset- or simply not enough bandwidth) but I think that's common for the area.

Overall nice hostel. Clean and beautiful view. The room for the breakfast was godlike. The garden feels like in heaven in the morning.

Cheap stay, scary shower
Kurumi hostel is one of the cheap options in Cusco. I had a private room with a private bathroom for a low price. The taxi in Plaza de Armas had a tough time finding it at night, but it is close to the plaza (you have to walk through some narrow, sketchy-looking alleyways though). The room is small. The bedroom looked clean enough. The bathroom was very small and the shower stall was dirty (crud on the edges). The little window inside the shower stall was left open so there were some bugs in the bathroom. Also, the window is very rusty and cruddy. My girlfriend was extremely disappointed in the condition of the bathroom and refused to shower for some time. Charged 5 soles for an extra towel. Probably wouldn't stay again, although if you are low on cash, this is a doable option.

Needs improvements and breakfast was chaotic
OK hotel but needs updating! Room had mould on the windows in the private bathroom. Breakfast was a shambles - one person manually serving everyone which meant breakfast took much longer than needed! Give yourselves plenty of time! Helpful staff

Fabulous hostel with super helpful staff
Great place to stay. We stayed here for three weeks on and off in between treks in the mountains. We stayed in many of the rooms upstairs and each has a great view over the city. Breakfast and bread, fresh fruit, and sometimes yogurt. Tea is available all day. The gem of this hostel is the family (?) that runs the facility. They are so helpful and kind. They answered all our questions about the treks in the area.

Cheap for Cusco, but freezing
We had a private room with shared bathroom and stayed three nights. The room was freezing with no heating or insulation. There were plenty of blankets on the bed, but as there is no common room (only outdoor area) so there is no where warm and comfortable to hang out. The WiFi is terrible. The outdoor space has a nice view with some humming birds and a couple of hammocks which is nice when the sun is shining.

When we arrived they did not put us in the room we requested. I had to request another room and we paid more for it. They made changes for us the next day though.

Good service
Breakfast every morning with coffee or teas of your choice. Laundry service was good. I got a room for a couple and it was in good condition and I got my private washroom which was great. Access to hit showers was a good as well. There are no TVs in the private room, and the neighbourhood is good but like all cusco has a bunch of stray dogs!

Near everything, friendly staff
The location is very convenient to the Plaza de Armas. It is a bit of an uphill walk but close to everything. We had to leave early in the morning to catch a bus and they prepared a breakfast bag for us which was nice. The water pressure was a little bit erratic. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

5 min walk to main square - excellent staff
The staff went out of their way to buy me an additional lock box for my room, the staff literally ran out of the door to buy it. They are extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best of hostels in cusco. I would highly recommend. 1.) close to the main square 2.) over the top freindly staff 3.) clean enough for cusco and a hostel

Positive, simple stay. Great value
Had a very good stay here..fantastic value for the price. Hotel was very accommodating, storing our bags after checkout and calling a cab when we needed one. WiFi was spotty, but worked some of the time. Breakfast was included, but simple (bread, fruit, butter, jam, coffee). Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet and friendly staff
Karumi was what I needed. A quite place, very friendly and helpful staff. It is a family owned business and they really make you fell at home. The room was clean, but it was a little cold at night. I had plenty of covers though!

Helpful people, I stayed there 2-2 nights. Before and after my macchu pichu trip. Was perfect, the terrace is awesome to chill out, they have laundry, cold, but you can get extra blanket, 5 min walk from main square, bit of climbing, but amazing view! I was sick the way back and the receptionist girl was so helpful to call doctor and buy me drink and give me some food. I never forget it. Beautiful place, not crowded, big room and nice view. Thanks!!!! You made my trip unforgettable.

Very basic hotel
The hotel is very basic even by Cusco standards. The room floor was making too much noise while walking. It is located up on the hill, so even though the distance to Plaza de aranas is less, its a steep walk uphill. The breakfast was pretty basic too with no eggs. Had originally booked for 3 nights, but ended up staying there just for one night

The floor of the room is engaged and walking is always making noise because it is wood, breakfast consists of coffee, milk or tea, juice, bread, butter, jam and fruit. Sorry for the noise but is inevitable.

可愛らしいクルミホテル
急な坂の途中にあり、荷物をもって歩くのは少ししんどい場所にあります。可愛らしい外見、中庭、ロビーです。 戸締まりは厳重で、宿泊者でも中から鍵を開けてもらわないと入れません。 シャワー&トイレが別室の部屋に一泊、2人で10㌦上げてシャワー&トイレ付の部屋に一泊しました。朝食サービスもありましたが、早朝出発過ぎて食べれていません。無料のコカ茶サービスもロビーにありましたが、飲める時間には帰ってこれませんでした。 スタッフは流暢ではなくも英語がしゃべれます。人当たりは優しいです。 部屋は清潔なツインベットルームで快適でした。暖房はありませんが、6月の夜を寒くなく眠れました。ドライヤーほしかったですね。

Første natten hadde vi panoramic double room som var ganske bra. Fin utsikt fra rommet og koselig bakgård. Overraskende god frokost med speilegg. Veldig lytt sted da, så hører alt som foregår. Ikke den beste dusjen med dårlig trykk og andre natten på et tresengsrom var det lite varmtvann. Ellers ok rent og god service. Ikke alle snakket engelsk da. God beliggenhet!

Super Aufenthalt mit chilligen Hängematten
Nettes Hostel in der Nähe vom Zentrum. Mit sehr leckeren Frühstück. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist gut und die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbäder sauber. Super ist der Wäscheservice, der videoüberwachte Gepäckraum, kostenloser Tee und guten WLAN. Besonders schön ist der Garten mit Hängematten zum in der Sonne dösen und manchmal steht dort auch ein Lama. Leider liegt das Hostel etwas weiter oben, das heißt einen etwas anstrebenden Aufstieg.

Zentrales Hostal in gemütlicher Gartenanlage
Großes, schlichtes Zimmer mit Allem was auf Expedia versprochen wurde. Das große Panoramafenster (ca. 3m breit) gab den Blick über die Stadt im Talkessel vor der grandiosen Andenkulisse frei. Das freundliche Personal und die Eigentümer helfen bei Problemen gerne weiter. Das Frühstück ist, wie in Peru üblich, einfach. Das Hostal ist eingebettet in eine Anlage mit gepflastertem Patio und einem größeren Garten mit Blick über die Stadt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt Für Höhenempfindliche & Ältere kann der kurze, aber sehr steile Fußweg vom Plazs de Armas allerdings zum Problem werden.

Hotel con personal muy amable
Muy buen hotel, acogedor ya sea para ir en grupo de amigos o en familia. Muy calmado, tiene jardines y amacas donde descansar tomando el rico sol de Cusco. Agua caliente en las duchas y un rico desayuno por las mañanas. El personal muy bueno que te atendian a cualquier hora. Quedamos muy contentos con Kurumi Hostel y con Hoteles.com.

Camas mais confortáveis no quarto maior
Essa foi nossa segunda estadia no Kurumi, após voltar do Machu Picchu. Dessa vez nos deram um quarto grande e com camas mais confortáveis. Como é uma construção bem antiga, a porta quase não fechava direito, mas o local é bem seguro e não tinha muito barulho no pátio. O banheira era grande, mas subia um cheiro muito ruim do ralo, e tinha uma janelinha de onde entrava um vento gelado, mas o chuveiro era OK. O check in foi super rápido, já que já havíamos estado por lá. Não tomamos café da manhã, pois já sabíamos que era bem fraco. Foi bom para descansarmos do dia anterior e acordarmos um pouco mais tarde para pegar nosso vôo.

O quarto era bem próximo à Praça de Armas, porém em uma subida bem cansativa (de táxi era possível pagar 5 soles). O quarto tinha um tamanho bom, porém a cama e travesseiros era muito duros. O banheiro apesar de velho, era OK e o chuveiro era bom. Eles disponibilizam toalha de banho, porém do tamanho de uma de rosto quase. Este nosso quarto era no andar de cima, então quase não se ouvia barulho. O café da manhã é bem simples com chá, pão, manteiga, geleia e um copo de suco. Equipe atenciosa.

Um bom hostel
O hostel tem um bom custoxbenefício, os atendentes são muitos atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bem simples com pães, suco, banana, geleia, café e manteiga. Passamos 27 horas em viagem e chegamos em Cusco as 07hs e o atendente gentilmente nos antecipou a reserva para que pudéssemos descansar. No geral recomendo o hostel.

새벽에 가도 누워서 기다릴수 있는 응접실이 있음 아르마스랑도 가까우나 호스텔이 높은곳에 있어서 내려갈땐 금방이나 올라올땐 살짝 힘듬 침대가 아주 편안하고 침구도 좋음
