We stayed here because it was walking distance to the bus terminal. Everything was very nice. The restaurant at the top floor had a great view, this was also where breakfast was served which was nice and had many options.

👍 Nice view from the bar/dining area. My room was always cleaned. 👎 Staff at lobby needs better training and manners. Tour department is not competent.

This hotel is probably the tallest building in Cusco, as of November 2019. It's located off the mega-tourism city center which makes it pretty cool. You can see more of the 'real' Peru there, not just flashy, touristy kitsch. Anyway - the hotel is modern and and spacious. It has wooden floors, parquet-style. Often the hotels have some icky carpet or cement/tile floors in the rooms. I have never seen parquet in a hotel. Breakfast is included in the price of the room. It's served on the 11th floor, with an awesome view of the city. In the evening it's a full-service restaurant. The prices of the dinner plates are really affordable to a traveler from US. A three-course meal cost me US $20. That's awesome for a hotel restaurant. Yes, you can find food for much less in places where local resident go, but sometimes you just want to have a dinner and go to your room. $20 for a three-course meal was not a deal-breaker to me. Now, the negatives of the hotel. They need to learn an idea of a wake-up call. This is one of the MAJOR and CRITICAL services provided by all hotels in the world. I have asked the staff three times, to wake me up early. No wake-up call, on three different days. Unacceptable. Another important thing - the staff needs to learn English. The hotel shows flags from around the world in the foyer. The reception staff repeatedly gave me a wrong key because they don't hear the difference between "A" and "E". Is it too much to ask??
