La experiencia en el hotel fue maravillosa, el trato y amabilidad de las personas que allí trabajan es excepcional, Katherine la chica que nos recibió y casualmente nos despidió es increíblemente amable, todo el tiempo dispuesto a orientarnos para el recorrido de la ciudad, muy al pendientes de nuestra estadía y siempre con una cómoda sonrisa, los desayunos normal tipo americano como en cualquier hotel, las camas muy muy cómodas y limpias, la ubicación excepcional, muy cerca a la avenida del sol y plaza de armas. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Satisfatório!!!

No meu primeiro dia em Cusco, ainda no aeroporto passei mal devido a altitude e fui encaminhada a um hospital local, e Americo, o gerente prontamente nos fez uma visita por lá e se disponibilizou para ajudar-nos com o que fosse preciso. Para mim, isso foi incrível! Ao chegar no hotel, irá se deparar com uma escadaria que leva à recepção do hotel. É pequeno e estreito porém tem tudo que se precisa. O único problema que tive foi que ficamos no quarto 205, colado com a recepção e a acústica não é muito boa. Da para escutar todo o barulho da área comum. O café da manhã foi muito bom, com pão, queijo, presunto, frutas, café, leite, suco... e uma pessoa fazendo omeletes na hora. Para nós foi mais que suficiente, e estava gostoso. Se você vai para Machu Picchu ou arredores eles tem serviço de guardar sua mala. No check out é possível pagar em dolares ou soles.

La habitación cómoda, limpieza buena. El desayuno muy básico pero cumple. Lo único que no nos gustó es que toda la madrugada (2-5 am) suena el timbre, no solo 1 vez sino varias veces y toda la noche nos despertábamos.

O hotel é simples porém com instalações novas o que lhe confere um ambiente relativamente aconchegante. Porém no quarto que ficamos (o melhor do hotel), não havia saídas de ar (apenas um minúsculo basculante) e o teto havia sido pintado recentemente com uma tinta com um cheiro muito forte. Ficamos doentes, pois após essa noite tivemos uma crise alérgica.

Lo justo para descansar en la noche

Es un hotel con lo justo para viajar y estar afuera. Ya que en cuzco vas a estar afuera visitando diferentes atracciones, no estarás tanto tiempo en el hotel. Por lo tanto esta bien para llegar tarde a descansar. Hay mucho ruido, por estar cerca a la recepción y a la zona de comida. Es un poco molesto, sobre todo cuando hay huéspedes que llegan tarde en la noche o salen al amanecer.

En general bien, solo que tuve que pedir cambio de habitación porque la primera que me asinaron era muuuy pequena y tenía junto al baño un tanque de gas!!! La otra bastante amplia pero muy fria y con ventanas a las 2 calles ya que está en esquina y mucho ruido de autos. Buen desayuno.

Hotel não cunpre com a oferta anunciada na Hoteis.

Infelizmente esse estabelecimento tem uma política de oreços desonesta. Em primeiro lugar, se você escolhe pagar com cartão de crédito (opção válida pela Hoteis.com), querem te cobrar mais 5% sobre o valor anunciado. Segundo, resolvi extender minha estadia devido a ter passado mal por conta da altitude e vi que se refizesse a reserva pela Hoteis.com seria mais barato. Na hora de pagar, a atendente disse que por eu ter feito a reserva pela Hoteis.com iria me cobrar a mais do que o preço ofertado. Creio que essa atitude deveria ser verificada pela Hoteis.com e o estabelecimento impedido de anunciar pelo site por não cumprir com o valor da oferta. Outro ponto importante. O hotel é extremamente frio durante o inverno e não possui sistema de calefação. O que fazem, então? Oferecem para alugar a 5 dólares o dia um aquecedor portátil. Eu apenas consegui um gratuitamente porque fiquei doente. Também vale alertar que a área do café da manhã e a recepção ficam ao lado dos quartos do primeiro andar, sendo extremamente barulhentos e fazendo você se sentir sem qualquer privacidade por se ouvir tudo do quarto e por também se fazer ouvir. Como foram desonestos ao não cumpriur com a oferta da Hoteis.com e me cobrarem a mais minha última diária, jamais voltaria e recomendo que ninguém se hospede nesse estabelecimento.

Definitely a good stay

It was a great place to stay. A couple of blocks away from the historic center, so it was a lot cheaper than anything in the square. The immediate vicinity wasn't great, but there were more and cheaper local food options. The service was great. They checked us in quickly and even upgraded our room for free. There was a bit of trouble with their visa machine, but the Amex went through fine. If you don't need to delay your payment, it's personally easier to pay beforehand online. The breakfast was great, the shower was hot, and the bed was clean and comfortable and very warm. Overall, they're great.

Check in was super easy and we arrived to leave our luggage there while we went to Machu Picchu for 2 days and this was easy and convenient. We even arrived before 6am to drop off these bags and then they called us a cab to the train station and allowed us to wait in the lobby there. Breakfast was also quite good, they made you fresh eggs how you wanted them. Room was on the small side and the bathroom was quite tight with pretty much no counter space but it was fine for what we needed. Location is nice because it is easy to walk to many different things within about 10-15 minutes, not too far from the airport either.

The room had no window and once we showered the room was humid and smelly. The bathroom and even towels didn’t dry in the two days we stayed. Otherwise things were fine- good internet, helpful staff, clean, ect.
