"Outdoor space at property was not good but plenty of parks and areas in short driving distance. Room was good, bed comfy, breakfast not terrific but supportive for 5 night stay. Location fabulous for getting in and out of city and nice supermarket, shopping, eating in walking distance."

"A really great hotel in a wonderful location. With super-comfy beds, lovely linen and all mod cons, the room is small but perfectly formed. I was surprised that despite the busy road outside, it really is quiet and tranquil inside. Everything works, too - seems like an obvious point but not always the case, even in very expensive hotel. This one provides great value for money in a top neighbourhood around Berkelee music school, with its pretty brownstones, great shopping and hip restaurants. Excellent transport links too. Highly recommend the place, especially for Boston first-timers. "

What could have been a stressful fiasco quickly turned into a positive experience thanks to his exceptional service. He personally assisted us in contacting Expedia and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assured. His professionalism and kindness truly made the difference. Seeing how tired we were from our travels he even helped us with our luggage to our room. Truly exceptional. I will definitely be returning."
