The staff were warm and accommodating. The property was in a lovely setting in the hills. Our breakfast was included and was very good with a wide array of food. We enjoyed our dinners in the dining room. Our room was a little worn and unfortunately some noisy kids running in the hallway, but overall a great experience. I would highly recommend.

Our Stay at Swissbel

The hotel is good for playing golf, not for normal tourist as you do not have path to walk about or any other activities. Food is not so good and plain, the the process of cooking need to be more careful and cleaner. We hope the hotel make this improvement, thank you.

Beautiful hotel very relaxing, the manger John sets the pace for the staff who are on point to make sure all of our needs were met. Make sure to have the breakfast buffet on the patio, what a view!!...at the end of our trip there was a mix up on our transportation to Nha Trang, John told us to relax he would take care of it and within a few minutes we were on our way. Can't thank you enough.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! It is a golf resort, which I wasn’t aware of and didn’t check out the course so I can’t speak to that, but from what I did see of it out our window it looked pretty spectacular. The staff here really go the extra mile (more like 10) to ensure you are well taken care of. The food was good, lots of options. We didn’t use the service, but they offer a free shuttle to and from Da Lat city centre. Massive bouquets of gorgeous flowers adorn the lobby, everything is marble and polished wood with a nice sitting area with a piano for live entertainment. Definitely would recommend this!
