とても従業員が親切で丁寧で良かったです。 フロントの女性には大変良くしていただき、旅行の相談に乗っていただき段取りも教えてもらい助かりました、出来ましたら屋上露天風呂に薄い体を洗いようタオルがあれば良かったのにと思います。 次回も是非泊まらせ頂きます。ありがとうございました。

屋上温泉は、高所恐怖症には辛かった（笑） 天気予報が微妙だと近くに何も無いので出かけにくい。 ビックC など徒歩で結構な時間で、日本食が多い地域も30分は歩いた。 言葉の問題もあるので何かオプションで送迎サービス的なものがあれば良かったかもしれません。 8階に日本食レストランが有り便利ですが、昼食はやっていないので、天候が悪いと外出も不安（言葉の問題）なため抜く事もあった。 ホテルでの入手は宿泊客数によって難しいと思いますので、近くのコンビニ的な案内等もあれば良かったのかもしれません。 ホテル地下の無料洗濯機や乾燥機は長期滞在には有り難い。 店の従業員は皆さん丁寧な対応だった。 短期滞在では非常に良いのではないかと思いますが、長期滞在では少し不自由に感じるホテルではないかと感じました。

特にはありませんが、接客程度が素晴らしかった。男性の従業員が日本人を前に少し上がってて、顔が強張ってたが、態度は非常に良くて気持ちが良かった。 部屋のプライベート金庫の保守をしっかりして欲しい。二回セットしたナンバーで開かなくなった。
