The staff were fantastic ! They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience. The room was large , very clean and very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend Fivitel Boutique to anyone staying in Da Nang.

A lovely experience. Everyone on staff were helpful, accommodating, supportive and very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Best Hotel I've ever stayed in
Fivitel arranged for us to be picked up at the airport at 1am. We were greeted with a delicious ginger juice welcome drink and they carried our bags for us to the room. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious. In the morning, one of the staff members, Jenny, was incredibly friendly and chatted away to us during breakfast. She then arranged a grab for us to the beach. I highly reccomend this hotel. My only small negative would be that there wasn't any conditioner in the bathroom for my hair
