Checked in early, staff accommodated my request to be located on the same floor as my friend who checked in a few hours earlier. Very prompt and efficient room cleaning - room turned over within the time I had my breakfast. Lounge staff very polite, friendly and helpful. Nice views all around, bed was comfortable with a pillow menu, and TV had many movie channels to choose from.

It was a bit of misunderstanding on my check in but the hotel fixed it provided a city tour and transportation to the airport free of charge . The service is superb , the staff is amazing, friendly and very sweet. They offer me to upgrade me a better f Room but I decided to take the tour and the transport to the airport. This hotel is a paradise and 5 starts hotel !

Two thumbs up (times a hundred) for the front desk team! They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport!
