A modern hotel with excellent amenities and staff. Right across the street from My Khe Beach. Walking distance to many restaurants, spas and shops. Great buffet breakfast. Quality meals in restaurant. Rooms spacious and clean, good aircon, plenty of hot water and wardrobe space. Clean pool. Staff very welcoming and responsive. Our 3rd stay at Grand Tourane. Highly recommended.

The rooms are great, big, clean, spacious… but there’s something about this hotel which feels cold and not welcoming… it’s missing a hommy feel, the breakfast had limited choices, the staff was not as friendly as other hotels… we stayed at 6 hotels on our trip… All in same price range, this one was by far one of most not welcoming…. Definitely not coming back.

Nice hotel with slow internet.

The hotel is situated very good - close to dragon bridge and roughly in the middle of beach. Time has made some inpact on it , but if the price is O.K. so it is not so important.I still have to point out a negative thing - wi.fi internet, The signal was really bad though we stayed in premium room.Otherwise not too much to complain about.

Hotel is fabulous. Large rooms. Excellent location. Fabulous swimming pool. Breakfasts couldn’t be better. Kept staying longer than planned. Joy at the tourist info desk was extremely helpful.

The pool is amazing. The room had a great view of the beach and sunrise. The staff are super helpful. Breakfast was great and slightly different each day. One thing that was not great was wifi. A few times it didnt work but apart from that wverything was great.

Ok Hotel, doesn’t feel like 5 stars at all though. Very thin walls and doors you actually hear the people in the other rooms talk, even if it’s with a very low voice. Great location just next to the beach. The breakfast is meh.

I was booked 3 room for my family last couple weeks. There’s something happened during my vacation time so I couldn’t get those rooms. I called hotel and talk to the staffs, they understood and helped me to move my booking to the other weeks. When I come to get my rooms, staffs in hotel so nice, they are asking and helping us whatever we need for our vacation. The rooms are beautiful with sea viewing, everything are clean. My kids they loved it. Recommended this hotel and I will book it again when I come back to DaNang.

We loved our stay here, we were treated so very well and everyone was so kind to us and our children. The pool facilities were wonderful woth a great pool bar that always had friendly staff working there. The pool boys were also wonderful and so caring towards our children. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful member of staff who made each of our mornings so special. Her name was Truc (spelling may not be correct) but we loved her and i still miss her now! The room were always so clean and tidy and serviced daily. We had a sea view room and wow all i can say is it was stunning! We were on floor 18 so nice and high up and felt like we were in the water! Overall couldnt be happier with our stay and our kids loved that they set their snugglies up on their bed each day on their pillows, such a nice touch.

My negative review is due to a fundamental misrepresentation the hotel made about the Sky Bar on its premises. A listing in its in-room information package about food and drink options says guests can dance the night away and enjoy fantastic views in the Sky Bar. As a result we went there on our first night to enjoy this amenity. However after scouting out the various open tables a woman manager interjected that we could not sit at any of the tables unless we brought a bottle of whiskey. I asked her if they served food and she showed me a menu. After looking at the menu and asking where we could sit to eat she again said very rudely that we could not sit at a table unless we bought a bottle of whiskey. I asked her why as a hotel guest we could not sit at a table. She replied, again very rudely, that the sky bar was not part of the hotel. I was stunned in light of the fact that the hotel touted the bar as an amenity in its information package and did not disclose that it was not affiliated with the hotel and the expensive requirement to be able to use it.

初めてのダナンだったので、ミーケービーチの真ん前のこちらのホテルを選びました。1階のフロントは古さを感じましたが、部屋は広くとても清潔で過ごしやすかったです。滞在期間中に誕生日を迎えたのですが、夜部屋に戻ったら、バースデーカードを添えたケーキが置かれており、とても嬉しかったです。しかもおいしかったです。ビーチまで横断歩道を渡るのですが、信号が無いため戸惑いましたが、何とか渡れました。子供たちはフロントのお兄さんが親切にしてくださって、とても嬉しかったようで、また泊まりたいと言っています。
