The location is great, and a good staff. The building is older and showing some age. Overall, it was a great value. Very basic breakfastbbut worked. Also no in room safe which would have been nice. We had a balcony beath view room on the 5th floor which was a nice add. Very close to a lot of things we enjoyed our stay. And would come back again.

Room was clean and large. So much room and even has a fridge. Don’t touch anything they put in the fridge though because they charge you when you leave without letting you know the items are not free.

A lot to love here. Back in courtyard off main road so it was quiet. older but no mold smell. well maintained, spacious room, great view. Across from beach.The only reason I did not give a five is because no breakfast offered

Beach Front.

When we first arrived we had a few issues. The hotel staff were quick to solve. The hotel was so close to the beach. We were given extra towels. For the price, it was worth it.

Bed sheets so dirty and sandy. Bathroom so disgusting. Ants in the room. Cigarettes stains on the floor. No smoking in the room but allowing in the hallway so your room smells like cigarettes. Breakfast buffet is no tasting. It’s catering for Vietnamese people only. Not meet international standard.
