for show-and yhe ondeed lopk noce ,but not fot dsfeyy and function .As an elderly person O was deadly afraid of slipping.There are NO safety pr grab bars ,the slope of the floor is not enough to let the shower water drain quickly. The vanity has nearly NO space for personal otems .A small shelf or two on side walls would be rasy to install and help out .

this hotel is new. It is clean and modern. The staff are very earnest and hard working but they are not properly trained in hotel operations. They are well meaning but need more training. The breakfast buffet is not bad but we had one meal at night and it was not good at all. To add insult to injury, we were directed to a photo of a dessert special and said it was good only to find that the dessert that was delivered was totally different with the staff trying to defend that essentially saying it was close enough. Fortunately, there is an excellent seafood restaurant right next door to the hotel that in our opinion served one of the best meals we had in Vietnam. Maybe the problems arise because it is new, but this hotel needs to upgrade its service. I think they have great people but again, they need more training. I liked the physical aspects of the hotel. Our room over looked the beach and with the windows open, we could hear the roar of the surf. however, I would read a few more reviews before booking here again to see if there have been improvements to the service.

The staff were especially attentive and helpful. The property opened only in September 2022 and its appliances etc. are all as-new. Nice dining area with good breakfast. Close to several very good seafood restaurants.
