Cleaning staff was our only demerit. Bathroom stayed dirty with mold, until we bought products and cleaned ourselves. And yes we pointed out the dirty shower and the areas of concern in person. Front desk staff, Spa attendants and laundry services were excellent.

The hotel is a bit old, but the staff are very kind. When I had trouble with a Grab taxi, a young man with glasses actively helped me, and I was very grateful. Thanks to the staff, I had a pleasant trip, and if I visit Da Nang again, I would like to stay at this hotel.

I had a really pleasant stay at Richico, just a few steps away from beautiful My Khe Beach. The location is perfect — right in the An Thuong area, surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and local services, making it super convenient to explore Da Nang. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious and varied, offering both local and international options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend Richico to anyone looking for a cozy hotel near the beach with great service and a warm atmosphere.

My stay at Richico Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. The room was spacious, bright, and spotless, with everything I needed for a comfortable vacation. I especially loved waking up early, walking just a few minutes to My Khe Beach, then coming back for a fresh, flavorful breakfast with local dishes and good coffee. What I liked most was the location — tucked inside the An Thuong neighborhood, close to everything yet still peaceful at night. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax, enjoy Da Nang, and feel connected to the local vibe. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Da Nang. Highly recommended!

１点気になる点は、入口すぐの部屋は上の階の声や、階段の上り下りなどの音が結構響くことがありましたが、間取り上仕方ないかと思いました。それ以外は部屋がとても広く、ベットも３つあり５人での宿泊で、とても快適でした。アメニティも充実しており、とても満足でした。

아주아주 좋은 숙소였습니다.

거실있는 투룸 예약해서 다녀왔습니다. 총 7박8일이였고 매일매일 청소해주시고 생수4병씩 주시더라구요. 해변까지 걸어서 5분? 정도밖에 안걸리고 한국어 하시는 직원분도 계시고, 환전도 가능하고 조식, 수영장도 있고 좋은 호텔이였어요. 다음에 다낭에 또 가게된다면 1순위로 예약할거같아요

離海灘很近的公寓型飯店

接待人員親切有禮，6人公寓房間很大還有洗衣機，隔壁就有超市，附近用餐選擇多。 走路到海灘只要3分鐘，早餐現點現做也很有誠意。唯獨家具沙發比較陳舊，有些煙頭燒過的痕跡，其他都非常好。

Khăn tắm rách nát , bồn chậu rửa mặt rất bẩn

Là 1 người hay đi du lịch nên tôi rất khắt khe về vấn đề vệ sinh sạch sẽ của khách sạn nơi tôi lưu trú. Khách sạn nên thay toàn bộ khăn tắm và chú ý vệ sinh sạch sẽ bồn chậu rửa mặt của phòng studio .Vấn đề WiFi quá chậm hay bị out. Ngoài ra nhận phòng nhanh , nhân viên thân thiện , nhiệt tình , vị trí rất tốt, gần biển đi bộ được .
