Worst stay on our 5-month trip through Asia. Our stay here was an absolute catastrophe with zero service culture and shocking hygiene. Management ignored our special occasion request that we made through Expedia, and the receptionist was incredibly rude, refusing early check-in. Even at 2 PM, our room wasn't ready. Other rooms were cleaned well before noon. When we finally got in, cleaning staff was still in the room. We saw stray hairs all over the floor and toilet seat. There were no towels, and the front desk ignored our calls, forcing us to walk down. The absolute worst privacy breach occurred when the bellboy abused our personal data to message us on WhatsApp to aggressively pitch his private taxi services. The room itself was uninhabitable. Despite being on the 11th floor, there was zero soundproofing against the street noise, and the useless curtains let all the morning light in. Housekeeping stormed through the hallways at 9 AM blasting walkie-talkies, waking everyone up. Because of this chaos, our room was never cleaned, and we had to beg for basic amenities like fresh water and toilet paper. Furthermore, the breakfast hours are a joke, ending at an inhumane 9:30 AM, so we didn't even bother going there once. The pool area was incredibly filthy and clearly hasn't been cleaned in a long time. The receptionist is arrogant and spends her entire shift on her phone. This hotel is loud, bright, dirty, and a total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!

Das Hotel liegt zentral in einer Nebenstrasse. Der Strassenlärm ist erträglich, Nachts haben wir Ohrstöpsel benutzt, damit wir das Fenster offen lassen konnten. Das Delux Zimmer ist angenehm gross und hat genug Ablagefläche. Das Badezimmer ist ok, die Dusche könnte jedoch grösser sein. Der Poolbereich hat uns nicht angesprochen, daher haben wir ihn nicht genutzt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

スタッフはとてもフレンドりーで親切、いろいろなことに対応して頂き感謝の気持ちでホテルを後にしました。施設の環境はあまりいいとは言えません。朝食のコップはひびが入っていたり、プールの床にいは吸い殻がいくつも落ちていたりで不衛生な感じがしました。お客の質もあるのかもしれません。

The hotel was cozy in a quiet side street in Danang. The room was decorated in a fun and good style with good views of the city. The rest of the hotel facilities and the pool area were not particularly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was not western. Hard to find places to eat nearby.

Filthy Hotel and Lazy Staff

Do yourself a favour and dont stay here. The hotel is in a great spot but that's where it ends. This was my fifth time in Vietnam but the staff at this hotel are a disgrace. It has nothing to do with the language barrier, it has to do with service, which is non existent. The hotel was dirty and what they offered on Hotels is not correct. We had a balcony room, which consisted of a 5 inch ledge. The breakfast was very average. The room was dirty and we had to ask for it to be serviced at 3.30pm in the afternoon. The passage as my photos will show was disgustingingly filthy and stained. They boast a a Gym, which is in the bar area,which by the way is never manned. Overall save your money and book one of the hundreds of other hotels.

저녁 비행기라 다낭에 근처에 있는 저렴한 곳을 알아보다가 예약했어요. 미케비치 근처에 있고요. 작아서 잘 몰라요. 꼭 그랩부르고 이동하시길.. 여기에 숙소를 잡은 이유는 공항 드랍서비스가 무료라고 해서 예약한건데 프론트에 저녁에 체크아웃한다고 드랍 요청했더니 알겠다고 프리라며 이야기 하더니 막상 저녁되니 다른 직원이 있더라고요. 내려가서 드랍 이야기 하면서 적어놓은거 보여줬더니 알겠다고 하더니 택시를 불러줬네요. 저 처럼 드랍, 픽업때문에 이용하시는분은 생각해보시길.. 바래요.그냥 작고 쉬는데는 문제없었는데 중국인이 좀 많고 옥상에 수영장은 정말...작아요. 그건 포기하시는게.. 방에 리모컨이 에어컨인줄 알았는데 이상한소리가 봐서 봤더니 식당에 천정에 있을법한 커다란 선풍기가 휙휙돌아가서 놀랬네요. 벽에 에어컨은 있어요. 리모컨은 없고 참고하세요.
