The resort is small in size (20-odd villas). Each villa is spacious and has it's private pool, kitchen (sparsely equipped) and bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The whole resort can benefit from a spruce up. Overall we booked this as a shirt r&r in the mid of our Cambodia/Vietnam tour and it allowed us to get that.

English is poor so be prepared to translate everything. Breakfast is simple but fine. Grounds are stunning. Villas are nice, clean and simple. Overall I'd recommend.

Roomy, nice view, personal pool but limited food options at hotel restaurant, no snacks in snack bar, far from city. Wifi was intermittent, TV connection went in and out, A/C dripped directly on top of TV, daily room cleaning was subpar.
