Wonderful stay 24th-February-13th-March Beautifully kept grounds staff were so happy and friendly made you feel very welcome lovely pools breakfast was really nice and Fresh . Cleanliness was spot on. Free pick up to and from airport Good food in restaurant lovely spa . We will be back thank you 😊

The rooms were a bit tired but aside from that the pool and restaurant's were very nice, breakfast was always a treat and the staff were exceptional in there efforts to assist with everyone's requests....also the lifeguards went above and beyond to help each and every guest get settled around the pool.....catching the courtesy bus into town and back every night was easy and straightforward....my wife and i stayed for 15 nights and would definitely stay at the tropical beach resort again....we would also like to thank the hotel for upgrading us to a ocean view room and we enjoyed the beautiful views and sounds of the waves at night

This hotel was wonderful. Great beach location, beach was beautiful and the pool waa also lovely. I can't say enough good things about the service I received from the staff. Upon arrival I was feeling unwell. I was travelling alone and after speninng a few hours in my hotel room without getting better I decided to go talk to reception to help me see a doctor. The two lovely ladies at reception called a doctor for me who came right to my hotel room to exam me and give me perscriptions. Afterwards they sent ginger tea to my room and followed up by phone call later on to make sure I was ok. I 100 percent recommend this hotel.

Tropical getaway
Absolutely fabulous! It has a very tropical feel and that was what we were looking for to relax. We would spend all day by the pool looking at palm trees and the ocean. It was off-season so it was quiet with limited people. We were in a "villa" right next to the pool which has a porch to sit and talk during the rain. The room was clean, big and comfortable. The staff is friendly, helpful and service-oriented. The free breakfast was enjoyable each morning. I would go back and I would recommend it. There is a shuttle to HoiAn which we took one evening, they arranged airport transportation when we left and since we were there 5 nights, we had 2 free massages. We were very pleased with our choice for this trip to relax and unwind. There are many things to see in the area but we had been to DaNang many times so we weren't there to "tour". Outside the gates and across the street is a mini-mart and down the road to the left are many little local restaurants. Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Laid back mid-range beach resort but with punchy pricing. The extra $20 a night for them to make up the sofa bed seemed harsh when I had explicitly booked a room for 2 adults and 3 kids

Initially when we arrived at the hotel, the room we had was poor. It was dirty, the safe was not attached to anything, you could pick it up (therefore it wasn’t safe) and the small bathroom windows did not lock. We complained to the manager and she was lovely, very apologetic and moved us into a nicer room on the beach front which we loved (there was none of the issues above). The grounds of the hotel itself are absolutely stunning and it is well looked after by staff. The swimming pool and beach area is absolutely beautiful!! Staff are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. In my opinion if the rooms were updated, it would definitely be a 5 star hotel!

We had an extremely pleasant weekend here with our 4 year old. The food was great, lovely relaxed atmosphere, everyone (staff and guests) was so friendly, service was always quick and efficient, the grounds are beautiful, access to the beach so easy, the pools were never too busy and very clean. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, we will be visiting again very soon!

Tired but Idyllic
The Resort was set on the beach and was very authentic in style. The room was spacious but very tired. The whole Resort is in need of an upgrade. However in saying this, it was lovely to wander around the gardens and sit by the pools/beach. The meals were well priced and the breakfast suffice. You could get a free shuttle into Ho An several times a day and this was a great advantage. The staff are what really makes this Resort worth staying at. From the Security staff to the cleaners. They went out of their way to make us feel welcom the whole time. Definitely value for money in an idyllic setting.

Very nice resort right on the beach front. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean however the air conditioner made annoying noises all night long and it was so hot that you couldn't turn it off.. that was the only negative.

Above average hotel
Good value for money hotel with great pools and beach.Hotel staff very friendly and would stay again if returned to Hoi An. The free airport transfer and massage was an unexpected bonus.

Beautiful resort, lovely view. Amazing service! Attended instantly to every request. Very helpful info on the area upon check in. Rooms dated but still comfortable. Ocean view was not as great as pics led us to believe and gym had very poor facilities were the only negatives.

Relaxing Beachfront Stay in Hoi An
We enjoyed a two night stay at the Tropical Beach Hoi An - we have stayed in Hoi An a few times before but it was our first time at this hotel. The hotel is situated directly on the beachfront and the swimming pool and restaurant both have lovely sea views. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa which was private and had everything you needed for a few nights holiday. The staff were very friendly and the food and drinks were great from the restaurant and pool bar. They offer a shuttle to the Old Town although we had use of a scooter so didn't need this but it is too far to walk so a good option for those who need! Would stay again if we wanted to stay near the beach.

Still needs some improvement
This resort is in a great location. After originally not getting the rooms we booked we were moved to renovated rooms which are shown on the website. As new owners have taken over this establishment in the last 12 months, they do need to work hastily to bring it up to its potential. Grounds need to be maintained better and kept tidy, to neaten the overall appearance of the resort. Bathrooms that have been updated are not designed properly ie; shower screens on bath drain onto the floor, if a few minor things were improved this would be a fantastic place to stay. Staff at reception need more training. (Manager and duty manager very obliging) The concierge and bell boys that drive the carts around ferrying luggage and clients should be congratulated. (always smiling and nothing is too much trouble for them)

Older style large hotel on the beach
Very little understanding and limited use of English by the staff. Check in at the hotel was okay. Room was very dated but clean. Shower base was not attached to the wall letting the water flood the bathroom floor. However, it was fixed very quickly after we mentioned the problem Our included Vietnamese set meal was a very big disappointment. We had to sit on a balcony by ourselves outside the main restaurant. which was empty with no tables set up. .The food arrived in dribs and drabs, without any explanation.. No dipping sauce for the spring rolls, or steamed rice for the main courses? These were supplied after we asked... Some of the porters and security staff were continually looking for a tip. One, even followed us into the bedroom late in the evening almost pleading for a tip. Pool Bar staff, Gardeners and Life Guards were the stand outs at this resort. Don't ask for potato wedges because that seems to cover every style of cooked potato you can think of... French fries to Mash!

Lovely rooms near a great beach
Had a great 3 days here. Good room, excellent views of the sea, fab buffet breakfast and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. There is a shuttle to the town, so staying here means you get the best of everything!

Good resort, located centrally near shops/restaurants. Right on beach but there were tiny sea creatures in water that were a worry, were irritating and caused a rash on some people. Pool great though.

Perfect resort for a great price!
This is an excellent resort with staff working hard to make sure your stay is perfect. They speak good English & are very helpful. The resort is very clean & the rooms are spacious. Beds are a little hard but we found that every where in SE Asia. Wonderful pool & pool bar & a great beach. Tons of restaurants you can walk to. I’d recommend Mi Casa!! There’s a shuttle to take you to Ancient town which we used often. Look no further than this resort.

Good place to enjoy the beach close to Old Town!
Good service, good food, amazing pool, shuttle 4 times a day for Old Town very reliable and excellent transfert to airport. The hotel needs some renewal: ceramic tiles, old beach chairs. The site needs a bit of « love »

Nice, but there is room for improvement
It's a nice hotel, but I lowered the rating overall by 2 points: -1 for lack of entertainment activities for kids during rain time (like ping-pong, foosball, snooker) and -1 for rubbish on the beach.

Stayed for 16 days during the wet season
My partner and I stayed for over 2 weeks during December. It was overcast and rainy every day and therefore it was quiet which meant the staff were always available and very friendly and always willing to make our stay even more comfortable. We are vegan and the food and beverage manager, Van, went over and beyond to ensure we had at least 3 freshly cooked vegan meals for breakfast, this really was impressive. We were expecting to only eat from the fruit and bread stand but every morning we experienced a new Vietnamese vegan dish full of flavour. I also got sick during my stay because of the change in season (not food related), and so I had to spend a lot of time recovery in bed while my family went sightseeing. The resort organised a doctor who spoke perfect English to come and see me and the staff kept calling me to check in with me and delivered my breakfast to my room. They were so nice! The only reservation I have is that not many people at the resort spoke English very well but I was informed that this is something they are working on. I also noticed that 90% of the Vietnamese people in Hoi An cannot speak English very well so if this resort increased their English then they would really be a head of their competition. Overall, it is a wonderful resort and I would stay here again.

Nice resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Poolarea and beach both nice but the beach has some trouble with erosion. Good shuttle service to HoiAn town.

가격대비 괜찮음..호텔음식도 저렴하구여. 근데 날씨(태풍)땜시리 수영 및 해변놀이를 하루밖에 못해서 아쉽네요..담에 올때는 날씨도 신경써야할듯요

숙소가 넘 낡았고 룸이 넘 눅눅했어요.접근성은 떨어지지만 하루 몇번 올드타운 가는 무료셔틀이 있어 괜찮았어요
