힐링 숙소!

작년에 숙박후 만족스러워서 재방문함. 숙소가 비치와 가깝고,박미안시장 인근이며 조용한분위기와 로컬을 좋아한다면 추천! 가족들이 운영하는곳이라 친절,배려,소통이 잘되어 불편함이 없이 쉴수있다. 외국인들 장기숙소로 인기가 많은듯함.

주택가에 위치해 있어 매우 조용하며 깨끗한 수영장이 있어 편안히 머물기에 아주 좋습니다. 매일 룸청소 해주시고 세탁서비스, 오토바이 렌탈, 공항 픽드랍 서비스 등이 가능해 매우 편리합니다. 호스트분이 매우 친절하시고 항상 밝게 맞아주십니다. 다낭에 다시 온다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

조용하고 아늑한 올드한 분위기 숙소!

재래시장과 미케비치가 가까우며 조용한분위기가 좋았다. 주방 시설과 수영장이 있어서 매우 좋았으며, 룸과 청결에 매우 예민 하지 않다면 굿!

해변 까지는 도보로 7~10분 정도 걸어가야 하지만, 나쁘지 않은 위치 였고, 조용하고 간단한 주방(인덕션, 전자렌지) 이 있어서 장기 투숙에 좋은거 같아요. 다음에 또 방문하게 되면 이용하고 싶어요.

Great service, clean and accessible location

Nestled amongst the local residential area, it could be tricky to spot or get to without using Google map. The room is spacious and everything is in working order. Check in and out was a breeze. The only gripe I have is that the bed is too hard and the closet have a musky smell...a sure sign that it needs some airing. Other than that, landlord was very nice and helpful and helped us to open the gate late at night even though it might have been past their bedtime. Perhaps they should consider having a do not disturb signage available for those who prefer to opt not to have their rooms cleaned.

An Oasis of quiet comfort and very reasonable.

My 12 day stay at the Ty House was a complete pleasure. The property is new, spotlessly clean and the owners and staff are amazingly accommodating. Set back from the main beach thoroughfare, it's a quiet retreat only steps away from the action. The hotel is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Rooms are large, well appointed with all the necessities for grooming and light cooking. Each room has a patio or balcony overlooking the beautiful infinity pool. There is even laundry service offered as well as a highly recommend option for a driver to greet you at the airport for transfer to the hotel. I was so comfortable and relaxed at the Ty house, I extended my stay for another week. I highly recommend you consider it for your stay in Da Nang.

Nice apartments and friendly staff!

This apartment-hotel is owned by a family and they are so friendly and helpful! Always happy and tried to small talk with us. The apartments are nice with a small balcony. One thing they could improve are the sunbeds, they only have one so there is no where to chill by the pool. Another thing is that we stayed for tre nights and didn’t got any cleaning (the only thing we actually needed was to empty the trash bin) but when we checked out we saw on a sign that you where supposed to hand in the key when you go out, maybe they only have one key for the rooms? But besides that, this is a lovely stay and me and my boyfriend really recommend it.

酒店環境尚可，房間很清㓗，房間內有一個開放式廚房可以做一點簡單的食物幾好，酒店還有一個小形泳池，早上可以游泳曬太陽很好，但酒店的位置遠一點，但坐車都很方便。以這樣的價錢是值得的。

Beautiful hotel, but..

Beautiful new hotel, super clean and well kept. The bed was comfy and I had everything I needed. It's really close to the My Khe Beach. There is even a full fridege and kitchen with microwave and stove. However, when I got there, the lady at the reception did not speak a single word of english and could not understand I was just trying to check in. I was exhausted and I had to wait for some neighbor to come in and help. Since they didn't really speak english, they were also no help when it came down to helping with transportation or figuring out what to do. Also, the hotel entrance is in an alleyway and it's super creepy to walk back to it at night. I am a solo traveler and I walked back to the hotel after dinner at around 10:30 and some sketchy guy on a scooter followed me in the alley and tried to grab my bag, I still have a bruise on my arm. Would recommend if you just want some place quiet and are not travelling alone.
