Thank you Tuan. Thank you for always greeted us with pleasant smiles and always being so helpful. Your smiles started our morning on the right note. Our room was on 14 floor and we got a free upgrade. The view was amazing. However there’s an awful smell that lingers the while 5 days that we stayed there. The hotel is situated at the end of the dragon bridge right by the tail. It is closed to many eating places and coffee shops.

The staff service is excellent especially Tuyen Truc Cuong and Dieu. Thank you very much to make our holidays enjoyable. The hotel is located in a convenient location with very good facilities. The breakfast is very good as well with a lots of choices. It's a five star hotel but their tariff is charged at four star only. Strongly recommended to other travellers coming to Da Nang.

We stayed here because it was close to the Danang Airport and we had an early flight. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was near many restaurants, the Champ Museum and the Dragon bridge. Our room and the sky bar both had beautiful views of the river and the surrounding mountains. And the price was good too.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and cheerful. We were impressed with the service from front desk staff, the concierge, the restaurant staff, to the bellman and the cleaning staff. The hotel is easily accessible to eateries, market, and sightseeing places.
