It is totally run down place. Very shady looking full of garbage arround and people around are either drunk or high on something. "

"No cups for coffee, coffee machine don’t work, beside lamp had a hole in the shade, hair in the bathtub, and exposed wires underneath the AC."

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."

"Staff were very nice & room was clean. The 3rd floor had a bit of a musty smell in the hallway & this hotel houses a lot of construction workers so there was a lot of big trucks running outside at 5 am and heavy work boots stomping around very early."
