"Excellent hotel. Shuttle to airport a big plus"

"The location is great. Is close to busses which take you to Edinburgh City Center and Airport. Breakfast was the same everyday and with limitted variaty, but was handy to have it. It was great for complementary. The breakfast hours were great and easy to acomodate. Staff is very strict with checkin and checkout time, but it worked out well. Overall I'm rating as 4 due to water preasure. In the shower the water was just dripping."

"The staff alone made my stay extremely satisfying. Aden was there when I checked in, he greeted me with a big smile, and said, your a American, which I am. He said, that is amazing, they don't get Americans staying at this hotel. He told me how to get into downtown Edinburgh the next morning for my tour I had booked, he even wrote down the instructions. The other gentleman working that night was also very friendly, but I don't remember his name. Sunday morning I needed to use a iron, the front desk didn't have one, one of the young ladies working ran upstairs and got me one, while the other got me a ironing board. This morning's staff was also very friendly, very helpful. I will be back to visit."

"The hotel is in a nice quiet neighborhood safe clean room was beautiful and clean the walls are quite thin I could hear the people above me like they were in my room and I didn’t have any heat and was quite cold when i woke I opened the curtains to discover the window was open I couldn’t tell that when I closed the curtains I tried to close the window and it absolutely would not close. Out side of the coldness it was a great hotel"

"We loved our stay at Aberdour. The town itself is really quaint and beautiful, with lovely beaches. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating, they made the hotel have a real family feel. There wasn’t an iron in the room or shampoo/conditioner, but everything else was great and the breakfast was delicious. We arrived on a Thursday and managed to join in with the pub quiz, which was great fun. Overall, we loved our stay and would happily stay again. The staff really make this place!"
