On arrival our sheets had stains on them our bin wasn’t emptied had food and cigarettes, pots and pans were peeling and unusable. Staff was kind and helpful after telling them.

Excellent location with comfortable and clean accommodations. The Grosvenor suite was very spacious, the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. However, It would not have worked for 2 people. A refrigerator and microwave would be nice at least in a common area. Otherwise everything was top notch. Ryan's pub nearby was fantastic!

We stayed Jan 5-7th so a quieter time of year which was nice. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was a bonus. Kids enjoyed it and water was warm.
