To start with, Hampton is not Avery good chain hotel. No good service, not customer oriented, not very clean, and old hotels. I booked a night for a short stop at Edinburgh. Unfortunately, for personal emergency o had to cancel. I asked for a refund and the hotel rejected it. Very disappointed after being a Hilton frequent customer. You get to know the true colors of companies when you need them the most. And thy failed me. Moving 100% to Marriott now.
