"Ok. No toilet paper. AC was not cool and auto turns off sometimes. Also very hot upon returning to the room since the key is needed to power the AC. Shower towels were thin and tiny. Shower set up sprayed water all over toilet and floor around sink (standard for older Vietnam set up)."

"I wasn't even able to stay here! The phone number listed is incorrect, the Expedia message system was useless. I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps. "Ibis Hotel is very clean and service is quick. Our flight was delayed but we didn’t have any difficulty being picked up from the airport to the hotel by Ibis hotel airport shuttle service. We got check-in to our hotel room in less than 15 minutes. I like that restaurants, bank and convenience store are within walking distance. I will refer my families and friends to Ibis hotel. "

"Grand Hotel Du Lac is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. The staff were amazing and incredibly helpful.
